Pastor Joshua and Apostle Carol Bangura were joined together in Holy Matrimony by God on February 26, 2022, in Bo, Sierra Leone, West Africa. God allowed their paths to cross briefly one year prior to them getting married and un be known to them, God would divinely align their paths to cross a year later. Pastor Joshua tells the story when he first laid eyes on Apostle Carol, he had a strong intuition that she would be his wife. So much so that he prayed this prayer, “Lord if this is my wife, bring her across my path again”. God did just that one year later. Pastor Joshua and Apostle Carol’s kingdom mandate together includes overseeing and leading the great international ministry of Kingdom Dominion World Ministries. They are excited to serve the kingdom of God from their unique position of bringing two cultures together; American and Sierra Leonean with a fresh new perspective that God is using to touch the lives of those they are called to impact through leadership training and mentorship. The Banguras are excited about what God has ordained them to accomplish together through Kingdom Dominion World Ministries, teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ and taking dominion and territory for the Lord Jesus Christ by setting the captives free, all to the glory of God!

Carolyn is an ordained minister. She became a born-again Christian in 1988. After receiving Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior, following years of serving in the ministry of intercession, Carolyn received her call as a Prophetess; and in 2010 she accepted the call and was ordained as an Apostle. She is an international itinerant minister, intercessor, teacher, missionary, and entrepreneur in the beauty industry. God has graced Carolyn to mentor leaders and help others to realize their purpose, activate their gifts and to fulfill the call of God on their lives.

 
Carolyn is the Founder, President, and General Overseer of Kingdom Dominion World Ministries (KDWM), an international network ministry based in Texas/USA and Sierra Leone West Africa. KDWM Network Ministries includes mainstream ministries God is using to help employ the gospel worldwide: Gap Standers Intercessors Network (GSIN), Community Transformation Group (CTG), KDWM Satellite Churches (KSC), Kingdom Dominion World Outreach (KDWO),  Emerging Women (EW), Carolyn Williams Ministries (CWM), and The Progeny Network (TPN).

Carolyn maintains she is first and foremost an Intercessor! Her personal mandate from God is to "Declare His glory among the nations and His wonders among all people." Psalms 96:3

Carolyn is a United States citizen, born and raised in the USA to her late father, Clayton Williams, and her mother, Odessa Williams. She married Joshua Isaac Bangura, a native of Sierra Leone, West Africa, on February 26, 2022. Together, they are proud parents to their daughter, Carmel Tye, and blessed grandparents to four beautiful grandchildren: Charles Jr., Ellis, Tristan, and Tiffany Grace. Carolyn and Joshua currently split their time between the USA and Africa.
